WOMEN FARMER TRAINING CONTINUES

Within the scope of the Regional Development-Focused Mission Differentiation and Specialization Project by Muş Alparslan University, training activities on Healthy Milking and Quality Pickled Cheese Making continued in Aşağıhacıbey village of Varto district of Muş. Following the training given by Dr. Lecturer Onur Şahin, Head of the Department of Animal Production and Technologies of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, milking and cheese making guides were distributed to participating women farmers, and the necessary udder dip container and disinfectant for udder hygiene, the necessary cheese fermentation boiler for cheese making, food thermometer and calcium chloride were distributed to women farmers by the stakeholder organization Energo-Pro.
