TO BE ADMINISTERED : Faculty Member
DUTY, AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage and direct the coordination office for which he/she is responsible, to organize and plan the coordination office work and transactions in an economical, high-quality, effective and efficient manner in line with the goals and objectives of the institution, to supervise the applications, to operate in line with the establishment purpose and philosophy of the coordination office,
To represent the coordination office inside and outside the institution,
To ensure coordination among the coordination office employees, to determine their duties, authorities and responsibilities,
To control the works to be done by the units affiliated to the Presidency in accordance with the relevant legislation and to request activity reports,
To determine all kinds of needs of the coordination office and to ensure that they are met,
To control all kinds of movable property transactions of the coordination office,
To prepare the strategic plan, activity reports and statistical reports of the coordination office and to submit them to the upper management,
To ensure that the unit website is up-to-date and suitable for the intended use.
To carry out similar duties to be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
Having one of the statuses subject to Law No. 657 on DMK or Law No. 2547 on YÖK.
