The training activities on Healthy Milking and Quality Brine Cheese Making continued in Kayalıdere village of Varto district with the collaboration of Muş Alparslan University and Energo-Pro.

Following the training given by Dr. Lecturer Onur Şahin, Head of the Department of Animal Production and Technologies of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, milking and cheese making guides were distributed to the participating women farmers, and the udder dip container and disinfectant required for udder hygiene, the cheese fermentation boiler required for cheese making, the food thermometer and calcium chloride were distributed to the women farmers by the stakeholder organization Energo-Pro.
